How are the forms organised?

Generally these are organised into 3 main sections with a title page:

• Title page - name, address, postcode, codes, instructions for completion and declaration.
• Household Accommodation (e.g. in 2001 this is question H1 to H10)
• Household Members and their Relationships within the Household
• Individual details - Person 1 to Person n (Questions 1 to 36 in the 2001 questionnaire)

In 2001 there were also two tables requiring completion:

• Table 1: The names of all the people usually living at the address
• Table 2: The names and usual address of any visitors on Census night
