How many topics were covered in 1991?

With each Census there is a change in the number of topics but, for example, the 1991 Local Base and Small Area Statistics covered many topics which can be categorised into six themes:

• Demographic and economic characteristics
• Housing
• Households and household composition
• Household spaces and dwellings
• Scotland and Wales only tables
• 10 per cent topics on employment and occupation
