In a word, no. Not unless you live for another 100 years that is! All information about individuals is kept confidential for 100 years. None of the census reports or statistics produced after a census enables any individual to be identified. Therefore, the latest census for which we can see an individual's census return is 1901. You can see the 1901 census for England and Wales online at The National Archives website: http://www.census.pro.gov.uk/.
The General Register Office for Scotland is in the process of digitising all of Scotland's censuses as well as birth, death and marriage registers. Much of this material is now available online, including the 1881, 1891 and 1901 censuses. See http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/ (note that some services are pay per view).
